Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior engineering leader in Abu Dhabi to oversee a technical group and take full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, and coordinating complex assignments in civil engineering and marine works.

The role requires deep multi-disciplinary knowledge, strong contract management experience, and a proven ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Remote work is not available; full-time on-site employment.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering.
• Extensive experience leading engineering groups.
• Knowledge of marine works and complex projects.
• Strong contract management with GCC/Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate technical assignments.
• Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique or controversial problems.
• Manage group of engineers and/or technicians.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external units.
• Work with minimal supervision and broad objectives.
