Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in composite mold fabrication including lay-up and curing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD models to build molds to precise specs.
• Skilled in hand and power tool use with focus on surface quality.
• Knowledge of mold maintenance and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety standards and handling of composites.
• Experience in marine/aerospace/automotive environments is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Diploma or equivalent hands-on training in composites or mold making.
