Job summary

Segula Technologies is seeking experienced Marine Consultancy Services Professionals to support offshore oil and gas projects. The role focuses on offshore marine operations, inspections, engineering reviews, and diving supervision, requiring strong offshore experience and compliance with marine safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring lifts, conducting inspections, and providing technical marine support to contractors, across vessel, barge, and offshore construction activities.

Qualifications

• Master Mariner Class 1 Certificate of Competency (STCW) from an accepted issuing country.
• BSc in Maritime Discipline or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Good computer and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct marine vessel inspections from marine and HSE perspectives.
• Support daily marine office activities such as vessel monitoring, scope preparation, technical reviews and contractor audits.
• Witness and monitor offshore lifts and installation activities.
• Participate in or lead incident investigations.

• Verify marine operational documents and compliance records; prepare required technical and operational reports.

Job Purpose

To act as the companys marine representative and provide marine/HSE advisory support for offshore logistics vessel operations offshore lifting installation works and technical marine compliance activities.We are seeking experiencedMarine Consultancy Services Professionalsto support offshore marine operations inspections engineering reviews diving supervision and vessel/barge representation activities for major offshore oil and gas projects. These roles require strong offshore experience solid understanding of marine safety and operational standards and the ability to work in demanding offshore project environments. Suitable candidates will be assigned based on project needs across marine inspection advisory engineering diving and offshore construction support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct marine vessel inspections from marine and HSE perspectives
• Support daily marine office activities such as vessel monitoring scope preparation technical reviews and contractor audits
• Witness and monitor offshore lifts and installation activities
• Participate in or lead incident investigations
• Provide technical marine advice to contractor marine personnel
