Job summary

A leading retail organization in Dubai seeks a Marketing and PR Manager to develop and manage all marketing communications for its brands. The ideal candidate will have a Masters in Marketing, excellent creative skills, and at least 3-5 years of experience in the GCC. Responsibilities include overseeing advertising projects, collaborating with creative teams, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or relevant fields.
  • Current and updated knowledge in the marketing field.
  • Highly creative with strong analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in creative content writing.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Experience preferably from a Retail or Advertising agency background.
  • Proven marketing experience with minimum 3-5 years in the GCC region.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Marcomm & PR for the retail concepts and brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing manager and business units for marketing support.
  • Work with agencies to develop and implement campaigns.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Oversee production process of advertisements and ensure quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide updates.
  • Execute digital health checks for social media and online mediums.
