Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with theoretical knowledge or some practical experience in mechanical/industrial operations.
• Internship, apprenticeship, or practical exposure in manufacturing operations or CNC environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing and supporting functions.
• Complete learning objectives, training, and competency assessments.
• Gain hands-on exposure to CNC machining, assembly, and shop-floor operations.
• Support production activities under supervision and safety requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and routing documents.
• Understand impact of material availability and planning on On-Time Delivery.
