Parker Connect seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role focuses on transitioning the plant from reactive problem-solving to a planned, system-driven, cost-conscious, and accountable operating environment.

You will own end-to-end operational readiness across procurement, warehousing, logistics & export dispatch, maintenance, utilities, and HSE to ensure materials, manpower, and equipment meet production plans and customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of manufacturing experience with plant operations leadership.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Lubricants, Grease, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or Process Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily plant operations, resolve bottlenecks, and align materials/manpower with rolling production and export vessel schedules.
• Oversee procurement, inventory accuracy (FIFO/cycle counts), and optimize local & export dispatch to minimize demurrage and detention costs.
• Drive preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime while managing utility consumption and energy costs.
• Champion ERP discipline (SAP Business One) and develop KPI dashboards to reduce manual processes and support data‑driven decisions.
• Deliver cost savings without compromising HSE and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant operations for a manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to Senior Management, this role is critical in transitioning the plant from reactive problem-solving to a planned, system-driven, cost-conscious, and accountable operating environment.

The Core Focus:

You will own the end‑to‑end operational readiness of the plant—ensuring seamless coordination across Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Export Dispatch, Maintenance, Utilities, and HSE. Your goal is to ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are always ready to meet production plans and customer delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant & Production Readiness: Drive daily operations, resolve bottlenecks, and align materials/manpower with rolling production and export vessel schedules.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee procurement, inventory accuracy (FIFO/cycle counts), and optimize local & export dispatch to minimize demurrage and detention costs.
• Maintenance & Utilities: Drive preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime while managing utility consumption and energy costs.
• Systems & Controls: Champion ERP discipline (SAP Business One) and develop KPI dashboards to reduce manual processes and support data‑driven decisions.
• Cost & HSE: Deliver verified cost savings (waste, overtime, procurement) without compromising strict HSE and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 10–15+ years of manufacturing experience with substantial plant operations leadership.
• Background in Lubricants, Grease, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or Process Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP Business One is a distinct advantage) and a track record of managing multiple departments.
