Safran Seats Dubai is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Project Coordinator to drive the maturity of the Manufacturing Engineering discipline across Dubai projects. The role defines the maturity roadmap and supports future Dubai Manufacturing Engineering Managers as a hands-on partner through ramp-up.

You will implement state-of-the-art processes, deploy the One Safran framework, coach teams in QRQC and KPI management, and ensure alignment with the One Safran standards across all product lines

Qualificações

• Experience in methods, industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with routings, time studies, workstation design, and line balancing.
• Experience with maturity models, standard deployment or continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Pilot the maturity deployment of Manufacturing Engineering at Dubai site, ensuring state-of-the-art processes and KPIs.
• Define and maintain the Dubai maturity roadmap aligned with One Safran standards.
• Deploy the One Safran Manufacturing Engineering handbook and QRQC methodology.
• Report maturity progress to BPM/BPO and assist future Dubai Manufacturing Engineering Manager(s).
• Support structuring methods documentation (routings, control plans, work instructions) per One Safran.
