Core Code io is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure software applications meet quality standards before release. The role focuses on executing test cases, identifying defects, and communicating findings clearly.

You will review requirements, maintain test documentation, collaborate with developers and product teams, and contribute to release testing and quality assurance in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in manual QA testing and QA principles.
Ability to create and execute test cases and document results.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases and test scenarios to verify software functionality.
Review requirements and specifications to identify testing needs.
Create and maintain test cases, scripts, checklists, and docs.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs and defects.
Provide clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results.
Retest defects and perform regression testing after changes.
Test web applications across browsers, devices, and environments as needed.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and teams to resolve defects.
Maintain records of test results and testing progress.
