Job description

Operators minimum Qualification Experience Knowledge and Skills Man-lift Operators Shall:

• Be minimum 21 years of age;
• Be educated to a minimum qualification of primary school certificate (preferably Grade 8) or equivalent; Subjective to Gc management approval with exemption
• Be experienced in Man-lift operations for not less than 1 year in oil & gas companies;
• Be familiar with the equipment manufacturers instructions for the operation and maintenance;
• Have Valid License to operate the specific equipment from the UAE Traffic Department;
• Be capable of understanding the English language (Reading Writing and Speaking) sufficient for the fulfilment of their function in a safe manner;
• Be physically fit with regard to eyesight hearing reflexes and ability to handle lifting gear and equipment;
• Be able to operate fire extinguishers equipment;
• Be able to resist pressures from other persons to carry out unsafe operations;
• Be trained for 2-days course by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company using approved Tutor and be assessed every 2 years as defined in .
• Hold certificate of competency issued by ADNOC Group approved Training Company using approved Tutor on completion of above stated course.
