A leading renewable energy company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive workforce planning framework. The role involves coordinating budgeting and resource planning to support the company’s long-term transformation goals. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field, with extensive experience in workforce planning and organizational strategy.
Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. To design, lead, and embed a forward-looking workforce planning framework that ensures Masdar has the right capabilities, in the right roles, at the right time—supporting both current operations and long-term transformation goals. It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&C, finance, and senior management, contributing to enhanced organizational agility, Emiratization efforts, and talent sustainability.
