Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering or related field.
  • MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline preferred.
  • Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HCI SWP).
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations.
  • Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks.

Overview

Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Job Description

To design, lead, and embed a forward-looking workforce planning framework that ensures Masdar has the right capabilities, in the right roles, at the right time—supporting both current operations and long-term transformation goals. It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&C, finance, and senior management, contributing to enhanced organizational agility, Emiratization efforts, and talent sustainability.

  • Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HCI SWP)
Additional Information
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations
  • Finance or business planning exposure, especially: Budget forecasting and monitoring, Cost modeling (e.g., salaries, benefits, costs), working with finance teams on annual plans and long-term workforce projections
  • Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks with enterprise impact
  • Experience advising senior leadership on talent capacity, cost scenarios, and future-readiness
