Flydubai is seeking an experienced Head of Technology Procurement to lead and optimize strategic sourcing across SaaS, cloud, telecom, and IT services. You will drive category strategies, run complex RFPs, and partner with security, finance, and legal to align procurement with roadmaps and risk controls.

Lead supplier negotiations, enforce governance, and deliver measurable savings while ensuring compliance with policies and audit standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree (3+ years) is required.
• Fluent in English.
• A minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in functional categories.
• Oracle ERP and SharePoint experience.
• Years with qualifications: 8–10 years.
• CIPS certification is desirable.

• Ensures technology procurement activities adhere to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Delivers measurable savings, cost avoidance, and ROI across technology spend. Monitor budget adherence for SaaS subscriptions, cloud consumption, managed services, and infrastructure procurement.
• Prepares dashboards, reports, and presentations for technology leadership, audit committees, and governance forums.
• Influences senior stakeholders on technology procurement requirements to adopt best practices and drives value-based procurement decisions.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To lead and optimize procurement activities for the assigned portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with governance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partners with Technology, Enterprise Information Security, Finance and Legal teams to align procurement strategies with enterprise technology roadmaps and risk frameworks.
• Influences senior technology stakeholders to adopt best‑practice sourcing, vendor consolidation, and value‑based decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
• Fluent in English

• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification is desirable

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently report any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day‑to‑day business operations.
