Job summary

Landmark Group seeks a logistics project lead to drive strategic initiatives from definition to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and lead-time reductions while developing a deep understanding of landed cost components across suppliers and routes. You will manage end-to-end shipment visibility and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic logistics projects from requirement definition to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
• Identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization, process improvement, lead-time reduction, and service enhancement.
• Develop strong understanding of landed factor/landed cost and analyze its components across suppliers, countries, categories, routes, and modes.
• Conduct landed factor variance and root-cause analysis and recommend actionable cost optimization initiatives.
• Build scenario analysis and business cases to assess the impact of freight, duty, routing, mode, and other logistics cost variables.
• Drive end-to-end shipment visibility, monitoring ETD/ETA, transit times, delays, exceptions, and delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and KPIs to provide clear visibility on cost, shipment performance, risks, and service levels.
• Proactively identify shipment risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate delays and business impact.
• Analyze logistics data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives within logistics.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure successful execution of projects and improvement initiatives.
