Job summary

You will oversee structuring and execution of transactions, conduct risk and investment return analyses, and mentor junior traders to maximize profitability while complying with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant markets experience in similar positions.
• Strong structuring & trading experience in financing illiquid assets (Loans, Private markets, CLOs, etc.).
• Strong market-making and risk management techniques.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of risk management and financial performance.

Job Summary

This position will assist with leading and managing GM s Structured Trading amp Solutions activities including overseeing structuring and execution of transactions conducting risk and investment return analysis and supporting colleagues and junior traders in order to maximize profitability while minimizing risk exposure and ensuring compliance with internal policy and external regulators

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant markets experience in similar positions.
• A strong understanding and relevant structuring & trading experience in Financing of illiquid assets such as Loans, Private markets (Debt / Equity), CLOs, collateralized fund obligations, etc.
• Strong market-making skills and well-developed risk management techniques are essential.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and jurisdictions and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record on managing risk effectively and delivering consistent financial performance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including VBA/Macro development.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical background & quantitative skills.
• Self-starter which shows initiative and able to problem solve & work with stakeholders confidently.
• Preferred / Beneficial Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications in Finance is preferred.
• Experience with Murex preferred.
