Job Purpose
To lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across EDB in line with the transformation plan of the organization. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director of Strategy & Transformation in delivering the strategic objectives of EDB and measuring the performance of departments, projects, and programs across the entire organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all assigned projects and strategic initiatives actively in order to ensure proper end-to-end delivery.
- Maintain and update all the scorecards at both corporate and departmental levels for the Director of Strategy & Transformation and ultimately to CEO/Board review.
- Assist in facilitating across the bank’s departments for strategy execution, ensuring that strategies are communicated across all departments within EDB.
- Engage with identified key stakeholders, contributors, business and technical resources who must participate in the assigned projects and ensuring that contributors are motivated to complete the assigned tasks within the parameters of the project plan.
- Manage the selected portfolios suited to EDBs strategy and manage the interdependencies between and among projects that can only be seen from the perspective of a Strategic PMO.
- Monitor and control project related budgets and timelines, ensuring related reporting on regular basis.
- Prepare reports on a regular basis as and when needed and monitor the set of projects/programs in which the bank invests highlighting the benefits realized from these investments.
- Contribute to the EDB organizational focus on improving the management of projects, programs, and portfolios in order to ensure proper strategic management is maintained.
- Conduct industry research and analysis in order to identify new value sources and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the organization in order to properly formulates projects to get buy-ins from stakeholders.
- Raise any strategic issues to the Director of Strategy & Transformation on the organization in order to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Prepare material for Board meetings and Committees.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Relevant experience of 8-10 years
