Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Quality & Risk Management to lead enterprise-wide quality, governance, and risk management initiatives in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will develop and implement QMS, ERM, BCM, and continuous improvement programs that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence across multiple business functions. Strong leadership, analytical thinking and experience driving organizational transformation across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Proven experience in quality management, ERM, governance and BCM.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, EFQM, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience leading audits and compliance programs.
• Ability to develop KPI frameworks and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the ERM framework including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain BCM plans to ensure resilience and readiness.
• Oversee QMS and ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Lead internal and external audits, coordinate corrective actions, and close findings.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
• Develop enterprise KPIs and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Implement governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk reporting processes.
• Lead process improvement and re-engineering to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Support digital transformation of quality and risk management systems.

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Quality & Risk Management to lead enterprise-wide quality, governance, and risk management initiatives in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and continuous improvement programs that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and experience driving organizational transformation across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans to ensure business resilience and operational readiness.
• Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead internal and external audits, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
• Develop and monitor enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement governance frameworks, internal controls, risk registers, and reporting processes to strengthen organizational compliance.
• Lead business process improvement and process re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support the digital transformation of quality and risk management by implementing systems for audits, risk registers, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement tracking.
• Analyze customer feedback, employee engagement, and operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and manage organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Quality Management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Quality Management Systems (QMS), EFQM Excellence Model, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience leading internal and external audits, compliance programs, and corrective action management.
• Ability to develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and data-driven reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, internal controls, risk assessment, and organizational compliance.
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading business transformation, change management, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
