A leading company in the UAE is looking for an experienced professional to lead their partnerships strategy. This role requires strong negotiation and digital marketing skills, with a focus on managing high-volume partnerships. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience and an MBA in Marketing. This position offers the opportunity to work with various sectors while maximizing revenue for the organization.
To lead the development of the partnerships strategy, actively understanding KPI's and any revenue targets to be delivered by partnerships, alignment of wider client scope and partnership deliverables, market positioning and intended approach to discussions. Ownership of managing the execution of the agreed partnerships strategy. Having visibility of competitor partnerships strategies and awareness of partner offer availability in the wider GCC market and International.
Owning the partner relationships, understanding their businesses to obtain maximum benefit for members and the Yes Program both from a brand and a revenue front.
Drive sales of the Yes currency and acceptance in both GCC markets and Globally in the long term.
Managing earn/burn/redemption reporting for partners where required and understanding the performance of different partners and using performance in negotiations.
Focal point of contact for all Loyalty partnerships across segments and businesses like Banks/Airlines/Hotels/Retail partners and other digitally enabled channels. Responsible for third party commercials and P&L.
Initiating and leading discussions with target partners sourcing offers that align to the strategy.
Managing the process of contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring contracted terms are aligned mitigating against potential risks for the Yes Program.
Financials to be key focus for partnerships with and aim to maximize revenue potential from.
Taking responsibility for the full on-boarding of new partners members including internal introductions.
