About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Government Relations Manager to join the resort’s Government Relations team.

Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and public institutions
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Ensure the organization complies with all governmental requirements
  • Advocacy & Representation: Represent the organization in meetings, forums, and public hearings. Advocate for favorable policies and regulations
  • Policy Analysis: Analyze proposed legislation and regulations to assess potential impact on the organization. Provide strategic recommendations
  • Permit & Licensing Management: Oversee the timely acquisition and renewal of all necessary government permits, licenses, and approvals
  • Crisis Management: Act as a liaison during regulatory investigations or government audits. Support the organization in resolving compliance issues
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all government interactions and ensure timely reporting to internal stakeholders
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or public policy.
  • Strong understanding of local, regional, and national government structures and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build networks and influence decision‑makers.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic and strong written communication skills.
  • Experience working in Hospitality industry
  • Legal or compliance background is a plus
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
