Responsible for shaping, driving, and communicating the strategic direction of AD Ports Group s digital and technology agenda. The role serves as the analytical and strategic backbone of Digital & Technology, translating enterprise-wide ambitions into actionable roadmaps that accelerate digital transformation, improve operational performance, and create long-term competitive advantage. The Strategy Manager works at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation and organizational change.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation, refresh, and communication of the Digital & Technology multi-year strategy and along with more domain-specific enabling strategies, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group's Group Strategy and cluster-level priorities.
- Develop strategic frameworks, internal and external analysis and research, and opportunity assessments to evaluate new digital capabilities, technology transformation, and innovation initiatives.
- Facilitate annual and mid-cycle strategy planning cycles, including horizon scanning, capability gap analysis, and strategic initiative prioritization.
- Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, executive-ready narratives, presentations, and decision papers for the C-suite and Board.
- Lead the preparation of reporting and communication materials to AD Ports Group s majority shareholders.
- Own and govern the Digital & Technology strategic roadmap, working closely with the Strategic Project Manager for tracking initiative progress, interdependencies, and key performance milestones.
- Monitor global technology trends, emerging digital business models, and the competitive landscape across ports, logistics, maritime, and smart infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and best-practice analyses to identify strategic gaps and growth opportunities for Digital & Technology across a range of themes including cybersecurity, AI& Automation, cloud computing etc.
- Produce periodic strategic intelligence reports and insights briefs for leadership consumption.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Digital & Technology team and Group Strategy, Corporate Functions and Business Unit leadership.
- Support governance mechanisms in the form of committees and forums, preparing materials and tracking action items.
- Engage with external strategic advisors, technology vendors, government entities, and industry bodies to advance the Group's digital agenda.
- Define and monitor strategic KPIs and OKRs across the Digital & Technology portfolio, providing regular performance reviews and variance analyses.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to enable leadership visibility into digital strategy execution and value delivery.
