Job summary

ADIB Group in Dubai seeks a Manager in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking to originate, structure and execute Islamic capital market transactions for GCC clients. The role collaborates with Sharia, credit and coverage teams to ensure compliant, timely deal execution.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle from pitching to closing, coordinating with external counsel and banks, and managing syndication and pricing strategies. Strong analytical skills and Bloomberg proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years in corporate finance with related finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• CFA/CA/MBA would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and assess credit metrics, valuations and projections.
• Lead DCM mandates across Sovereign & Supranational, GRE Financial Institution and Corporate issuers.
• Manage end-to-end deal process from pitching to closing, including pricing and syndication.
• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums and management presentations.
• Coordinate with Sharia and risk teams to ensure compliance and efficient execution.
• Track market developments and maintain investor relationships for pipeline growth.
• Support Head of DCM with project management and stakeholder engagement.
