We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?
  • Develop and execute a broker engagement strategy aligned with the company’s sales and marketing road map.
  • Identify and evaluate new international markets and broker networks to support global expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for new developments and launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of incentive schemes and partnership models that drive broker loyalty and performance.
  • Source, onboard, and train new brokers and agents, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for broker communications, updates, and support.
  • Organize and lead regular broker briefings, site tours, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Track broker performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM, finance) to ensure seamless execution of broker-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of broker agreements, commissions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Who you are?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
