The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a strong background in car sales in the UAE market, fluent in both Arabic and English, and capable of managing the full sales cycle with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the company’s client base in the UAE automotive market.
• Handle negotiations, contracts, and deal closing with individual and corporate clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in car sales within the UAE (minimum 3 years). Real skills of sales! Better with expereince of cheap car lease sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE automotive market dynamics.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
