Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is assisting a Microsoft Gold Partner to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to relocate to Malta. The role is part of the Microsoft Business Solutions team focusing on ERP/CE implementations and managed services.

You will own contracts, drive renewals, coordinate ITIL-based processes, and lead cross-team delivery efforts across onshore/nearshore/offshore groups. Relocation visa and package are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ service delivery management experience in IT/Managed Services.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Strong customer focus with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills with commercial acumen.
• Organised, delivery-focused with strong planning and time management.
• People-oriented with leadership experience across teams.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• ITIL certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of customer service contracts.
• Drive renewals and manage commercial aspects of contracts.
• Oversee ITIL-based incident, problem, change and release processes.
• Coordinate onshore, nearshore and offshore teams for service delivery.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered and escalations are handled.
• Produce regular management reports and KPI/SLA tracking.
• Identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis and action improvements.
• Lead service improvement plans with customers and teams.
