Job summary

BILT MIDDLE EAST LLC (BILT) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Dubai. You will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the nursing staff to promote recovery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active UAE nursing license, and at least 2 years of hospital experience; BLS and ACLS certifications are essential to ensure emergency preparedness and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current nursing license valid in UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital/acute care.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to ensure emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and patient safety, monitoring for side effects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy and patient safety while monitoring for side effects or reactions


• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments documenting vital signs and health history to inform care plans and interventions.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient-centered care strategies that promote recovery.


• Educate patients and their families about health management disease prevention and post-discharge care to enhance understanding and compliance

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.


• Current nursing license valid in the region of employment, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in acute care.


• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to ensure emergency preparedness.
