Job summary

MIG Design in Dubai is seeking a MALE ACCOUNTANT with 2–3 years of accounting experience. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting entries, cheque processing, and VAT invoices. Immediate joining is preferred, with exposure to construction, landscaping, and UAE markets.

The candidate will manage invoicing, supplier payments, and assist in financial statement preparation in collaboration with external auditors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of day-to-day accounting entries and VAT.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales, purchases, expenses and project invoices into accounting software daily.
• Maintain documents such as Tax Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders.
• Process supplier invoices and follow up on receivables.
• Prepare cheques and submit expense reports for management approval.
• Assist in preparing financial statements with external auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Entering accounting related data into the accounting software on daily basis which includes sales, purchases, expenses and project invoices, VAT and etc.
• Maintaining documents filling such as Tax Invoice, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders.
• Processing of Supplier Invoices and further Receivable Follow-up.
• Prepare, cheques, and submit expense reports to management for approval.
• Provide all assistance to prepare financial statements according to company external auditors.
