Job summary

CONSTRUCTION EXPERTS ENGINEERING in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accountant to join our team. You will handle AP/AR, maintain the GL, manage payroll, perform reconciliations, and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years UAE accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to work independently. Immediate joiners only. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of AED 4,000–6,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years UAE accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) and accounting records.
• Manage petty cash and expense records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Process monthly salaries/payroll.
• Record and monitor company expenses and payments.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Maintain supplier and customer accounts.
• Assist with VAT/accounting requirements.
• Support external auditors and provide required documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain proper filing and supporting documentation for all transactions.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our construction company in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle complete Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) and accounting records
• Manage petty cash and expense records
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process monthly salaries/payroll
• Record and monitor company expenses and payments
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
• Maintain supplier and customer accounts
• Assist with VAT/accounting requirements
• Support external auditors and provide required documents
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements

• Perform other day-to-day accounting activities as required

Requirements:
