CloserHire in Dubai seeks a Malay-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to focus on client retention, account growth and revenue generation within an FX/CFD brokerage environment in Dubai. Native or fluent Malay and relocation to Dubai are required.

You will handle conversions, upsell trading engagement and manage objections in a target-driven setting. This on-site role includes relocation support, flight tickets, one month accommodation, work visa and a generous commission structure.

Qualifications

Experience in Forex & CFD sales.
Proven ability in conversions or retention sales.
