TopTalent Recruitment - Careers in Dubai seeks an FX Sales Conversion Agent fluent in Malaysian and English to join a dynamic international team. You will convert high-quality leads, build client relationships, and help drive revenue through high-touch service.

Relocation to Dubai is available; you will work in a fast-paced Forex/CFD environment with targets, deadlines, and opportunities for advancement through strong performance and market awareness.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Malay and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous retention/relationship-building experience in Forex & CFD is mandatory.
• Proficient with computers and common software tools.
• Ability to work with deadlines and achieve targets.
• Strong numerical and math skills; sound decision-making.
• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation abilities.

Location: Dubai UAE (Full relocation)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: High Base salary Commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Malaysian and English both oral and written.
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
