Job summary

OrionTEK in Dubai is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team. You will carry out maintenance tasks, support clients, and report to the Maintenance Engineer, contributing to the development and upkeep of our maintenance channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a solid understanding of CCTV, Access Control and IP networks; an Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks and manage clients expectations.
• Update Management with information on a daily/weekly basis.
• Respond to clients in a timely manner and make sure their requirements are met.
