Job summary

Daikan is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in the UAE. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks, with flexibility to work across our branches throughout the UAE.

You should have basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing, and preferably experience in restaurant or hospitality maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to work night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing.
• Experience in restaurant, commercial kitchen, or hospitality maintenance is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license is an advantage and must be willing to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across restaurant and kitchen facilities.
