Job summary

Abroad Work in Dubai is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist for our Jabal-Ali site. You will ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep records of tasks and schedules.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, tool proficiency, ability to read manuals, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating parts, and replacing worn-out components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and upcoming maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently complete maintenance tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when needed.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
