Job summary

The role requires practical trade skills, the ability to troubleshoot building systems, and good English (Malayalam optional). This contract position offers hands-on responsibilities with immediate start and on-site work in Ajman.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Carry out repairs on equipment, fixtures, and furniture.
