Job summary

Qualifications

• A plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent training is preferred.
• Strong command of English and ability to diagnose and rectify plumbing issues.
• Ability to work under policies and regulations in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair water distribution and waste systems.
• Install supports and hangers for pipes and fixtures.
• Review building plans to determine plumbing layout and required materials.
• Identify required tools and equipment and select appropriate pipe types and sizes.
• Keep roof vent pipes and roof rainwater outlets clear and functional.
• Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of soil and stack pipes.
