Title: Maintenance Manager – Operations

Department: Production

What Will Your Day Look Like?

As the Maintenance Manager – Operations, you will ensure seamless operations by overseeing all maintenance activities across production lines and plant equipment. You will develop and execute preventive and reactive maintenance plans, manage spare parts inventory, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain quality standards. You will also mentor the maintenance team, drive adherence to safety and HSE guidelines, and support ESG initiatives across the operations.

How Will You Make an Impact?
  • Oversee plant maintenance to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime of production lines.
  • Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including strategic ordering, ABC classification, and utilization optimization.
  • Ensure execution of CAPEX projects time and within budget.
  • Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 and predictive maintenance technologies where applicable.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with safety, HSE, and ESG standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the maintenance team to enhance technical skills and productivity.
  • Control maintenance and utilities budgets, monitoring costs against approved allocations.
  • Undertake special projects as requested by the Operations or Executive Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to maintenance activities, budgets, and projects.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6–8 years in maintenance management within FMCG operations, preferably in beverage or food production.
  • Functional Knowledge: Project management, production line maintenance, factory operations, quality control standards.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of production equipment and utility systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Budgeting, CAPEX management, and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of HSE and ESG compliance.
