Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in major infrastructure or rail projects, preferably in High-Speed Rail (HSR).
• Experience in the UAE or Middle East is preferred.
• Background in PMC / Owner’s Engineer / Contractor roles within large transportation projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mainline construction activities including earthworks and structures.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to resolve issues.
• Review and approve construction documents and reports.
• Support inspection and commissioning of mainline works.
