Gheewala Human Resource Consultants represents a production operator role in a UAE FMCG/food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will operate and monitor production machinery to meet output and quality targets, while observing GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and company SOPs.

You will perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance, report issues to supervisors, and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production

Qualificações

• Experience operating production machinery in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards.

• Ensure machines function efficiently and maintain required production output and product quality.
• Monitor machine settings, operating parameters, and packaging standards.
• Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance as per CLIRT procedures.
• Identify machine faults and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance technicians during breakdowns.
• Minimize equipment downtime and prevent damage through proper machine handling.
• Maintain production records and report operational issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.
