Responsibilities

• Perform sterile manufacturing processes (including liquid manufacturing, aseptic filtration, aseptic filling, and aseptic cleaning activities).
• Perform manufacturing‑related activities such as receiving material, disinfectant preparation and dispensing activities.
• Document related activities, including logbooks, BMR entries, and reconciliation with yield calculations.
• Report incidents affecting safety, quality or productivity.
• Support the team leader in process improvement and collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly supply plans.
• Operate filling line equipment (filling machine, tunnel, washer), CPM systems and other EM monitoring equipment.
• Participate in personal gown qualification and aseptic process simulation per local procedures.
• Operate dry fog equipment for dry‑fog process.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma with a minimum of 6 years experience in an aseptic area; preference for lyophilization process.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and aseptic techniques.
• Strong understanding of GMP and related topics.
• Experience in aseptic area qualification and APS processes.
• Excellent aseptic behavior in Class A area.
• Basic microbiology understanding.
• Knowledge of ALCOA+ principles and data integrity aspects.
• Understanding of EHS requirements.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Good English language and computer skills.
• Non‑negotiable commitment to GMP and aseptic compliance.
