Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Wellness Instructor to design and deliver holistic wellness programs enhancing guests' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This role blends fitness, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle practices with SO/ brand flair, creating memorable experiences across resort life.

The candidate will conduct group and individual sessions, guide lifestyle wellness, and collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams to offer integrated wellness offerings.

Qualifications

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health, or wellness coaching.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, spa, or wellness center.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual wellness sessions, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, or mindfulness practices.
• Provide lifestyle and wellness guidance tailored to guests' needs, helping them achieve balance, relaxation, and vitality.
• Create a warm and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation across different fitness and experience levels.
• Educate guests on holistic well-being practices that can extend beyond their stay.
• Design a diverse calendar of wellness activities that aligns with guest profiles and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated wellness offerings.
• Ensure wellness spaces are clean, safe, and well-prepared for activities.
• Maintain wellness equipment and props in excellent condition.
