Job summary

SO Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Wellness Instructor to design and deliver holistic programs that enhance guests' physical, mental and emotional well-being. You'll lead yoga, meditation, Pilates, and lifestyle practices, crafting diverse sessions across the resort and collaborating with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to create memorable experiences in line with SO's All-Inclusive Collection.

Fluency in English is required; first aid and CPR certification is preferred, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, or wellness coaching.
• Experience in a luxury resort, spa, or wellness center preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Instruction: conduct yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork or mindfulness sessions; guide guests toward balance and vitality.
• Program Development: design a diverse wellness calendar aligned with guest profiles and seasonal events; collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams.
• Operations & Safety: keep spaces clean and safe; maintain equipment; follow health/safety and brand guidelines.
• Guest Relations & Engagement: act as a brand ambassador, build connections and collect feedback to improve experiences.
