Job summary

OpenCloset in Dubai is seeking an experienced Client Experience and Styling Assistant to deliver luxury wardrobe management and personalised service for high-net-worth clients. The role requires strong fashion knowledge, superb organisational skills, and the ability to work discreetly inside clients' homes, coordinating detox, styling, digital wardrobe creation, resale, donation and storage with the team.

Dubai experience and a genuine passion for fashion are essential, as you will curate

Qualifications

• Substantial experience within fashion, luxury retail, styling, personal shopping, or wardrobe management.
• Experience with affluent or high-net-worth clients is preferred.
• Dubai-based experience (minimum 2 years) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the client journey and build strong relationships with clients.
• Attend client homes and represent OpenCloset to a high standard.
• Assist with wardrobe detoxes, editing, and organisation.
• Assist with styling and creation of outfits and digital wardrobe lookbooks.
• Coordinate resale, donation, alterations, and storage with internal teams.
• Assist in client administration, scheduling and follow-ups.
