Responsibilities

  • Assist clients virtually through Respond.io in a timely, professional manner.
  • Handle pricing requests and product inquiries.
  • Provide shipping updates and after-service follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay current on market trends to provide recommendations.
  • Communicate with vendors on pricing and delivery updates.
  • Ensure orders are correct in internal systems.
