Ohana Development is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture to lead and coordinate all architectural technical aspects of luxury villa and residential projects in Abu Dhabi. You will bridge design intent and construction, review drawings, and ensure compliance with UAE codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience coordinating architecture within contracting or consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
• Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows.
