Qualifications

• Able to work within a team with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Greet members and Guests in a friendly manner.
• Escort Guest as required.
• Provide information and literature about facility.
• Control entry into all areas of facility.
• Treatment bookings/scheduling.
• Give tours of spa.
• Ensure smooth operation of reception.
