This role involves upselling, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the health, wellness, and beauty sector.
• Energetic, creative, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the Middle East/GCC region is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail sales and upselling within a spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently exceptional level of guest service in line with One&Only brand standards.
• Actively promote spa services and retail products, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure seamless coordination with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
• Maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area, managing bookings, guest records, and inquiries efficiently.
