Job summary

HRsource leads an internationally recognised luxury fashion brand in Dubai, seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and performance. The role emphasizes leading a team, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional in-store service.

The candidate will manage store activities, coach staff on selling skills and CRM-driven client engagement, and ensure brand standards across the floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• Experienced in luxury fashion retail leadership and team development.
• Proven ability to drive client development and maintain high service standards.
• Comfortable using client feedback and CRM data to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to meet store sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Provide coaching and development plans for Client Advisors and sales team.
• Lead client development and maintain a strong clienteling culture.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ensure visual standards and brand presentation are consistently applied.
