IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server for InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa on Hayat Island. You’ll deliver memorable dining experiences with warmth, recommendations, and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.

Daily tasks include serving meals to a high standard, keeping the kitchen stocked and clean, helping with washing up, minimising waste, and taking on ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and bend/kneel safely.
• Good reading, writing and basic maths skills.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food-handling laws and fluency in the local language.
• Excellent communication; warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals with high standards and our signature flair.
• Keep the kitchen well stocked and clean; maintain safety.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Minimise waste and notify supervisor of unsafe equipment or low supplies.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.
