Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, memorable dining experiences from starter to dessert.

You will greet guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, keep the dining area clean, and support service during nights, weekends and holidays.

A positive, guest‑focused attitude, basic reading/writing and maths, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) are essential, along with compliance with local laws on food handling and alcohol.

Qualifications

• Great communication: warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
• Reading, writing and basic maths are required.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol; fluent in local language.
• Good customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with warm, attentive hospitality from starter to dessert.
• Keep the dining area clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Minimise waste and report unsafe equipment or low supplies to supervisor.
• Take on ad‑hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.
