Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result driven Luxury Real Estate sales consultant/ Manager to join our team. As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant/ Manager, you will be responsible for selling luxury properties to high end individuals, families, and investors. You will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and consistently meet or exceed targets.

  • Responsible to generate business leads (ultra HNI clients).
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince ultra HNI clients and secure a deal.
  • Carry out the marketing of available property - units/floors to attract prospective luxury investors.
  • Give ultra HNI clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
  • Source potential luxury investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
  • Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, Dubai Property Tour…etc.).
  • Professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service and generate extra income for the company.
  • Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the ultra HNI clients.
  • Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars etc.).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a sales/ senior sales consultant/ manager selling ultra luxury properties in the UAE.
  • Must have strong database/ networks/ connections with ultra HNI clients.
  • Strong networks with real estate agencies/ firms dealing with luxury property sales.
  • Candidate must have real estate background.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
