Job summary

OVO Luxury Signature in Dubai Investment Park is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker with a minimum of 3 years of experience to develop garment patterns from sketches and specs. You will prepare manual and digital patterns, conduct grading for sizes, participate in fittings, and ensure patterns meet quality and production requirements in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion, garment, or apparel industry.
• Experience in luxury fashion, couture, evening wear, bridal wear, or high-end ready-to-wear is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and pattern grading.
• Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns based on sketches design specifications and sample garments
• Prepare manual and digital patterns for production
• Conduct pattern grading for different sizes
• Work closely with designers production teams and tailors to ensure garment accuracy and fit
• Participate in fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments
• Develop prototypes and sample garments for approval
• Ensure patterns meet quality construction and production requirements
• Calculate fabric consumption and provide technical guidance to production teams
• Maintain pattern records and technical documentation
• Resolve fitting and construction issues during sample and production stages
• Support continuous improvement of production efficiency and garment quality
