Job summary

Beno is seeking a Media Lead to own the creative vision for its luxury lifestyle brand in Dubai. You will steer end-to-end content production across verticals including yachts, cars, and experiences, and lead a lean team of editors, photographers, and producers.

You will translate marketing targets into standout visual storytelling, manage budgets, schedules, and external partners, and ensure a premium, consistent brand output across all channels.

Qualifications

• : Proven experience in creative direction and content production, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brand environments.
• : Strong hands-on skills in videography, video editing, and photography, with command of professional editing software and modern AI-assisted production tools.
• : Ability to lead a lean team and manage multiple productions simultaneously under shifting priorities and constraints.
• : Strong storytelling, aesthetic judgement, and attention to brand consistency and detail.
• : Solid production planning, budgeting, and coordination skills, with clear and structured communication across teams and external partners.
• : Organised approach to media asset and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and maintain Beno's visual identity across all channels and verticals.
• Plan and oversee full production pipeline from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate shoots with partners, securing locations, assets, timelines.
• Manage budgets and resources, including equipment rentals and reimbursements.
• Direct shoots and supervise editing for short-form reels and brand films.
• Approve content calendars and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee media team, scheduling, time off, and tool subscriptions.
• Report to management on status and timelines.
