Job summary

Buccellati is seeking a Boutique Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead store operations, drive sales, and embody the brand’s craftsmanship and Milanese heritage. You will manage the boutique team, ensure superb client service, and uphold the brand image in all interactions and activities.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will develop customer relationships, implement CRM initiatives, and coordinate with Retail Management to maximize profitability and boutique performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Qualification in watches & jewelry and diamond grading knowledge; gemology preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Italian).

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique performance, achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and KPI alignment.
• Lead and coach boutique staff, ensuring brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Manage CRM program and build strong customer relationships for loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee stock, budget adherence, and expense control; ensure proper merchandising and store upkeep.
• Coordinate training with Visual Merchandising and ensure brand image consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professional, brand-first service.
• Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment.
